Just breathe!

Sometimes you feel like falling apart. Take a deep breath! You are never alone. We’re in this together.

  1. Thank you for your kindness, J. I know that I can become stronger and more self aware with the passage of time and practice. Perhaps a little wiser as well. …Cailín

      1. Yes J, perceptions are so very important. Mine can certainly change with reflection and the passage of time. I appreciate your offer of support. Know that you have a friend in me as well! …Cailín

    1. Cailin, yes it is but other options do we have? It takes practice to evolve your emotional discipline and stay grounded, keep going. I’m sorry if you’re having a hard time right now.

  2. I should have seen this post on Tuesday – it would have been perfect for the sort of day I had that day, too. That’s not to say, I don’t appreciate your words now because I do. I love the picture – is that one of yours, J? I like the way the focus is sharp on the left side; then, softens as it travels over the page and fades into the distance. It’s very good. I can’t tell you how reassuring I find your words, “We’re in this together.” That’s a comforting thought. Thank you, J. Ellie Xx 🌞💕

    1. Thank you for the kind words Ellie. I like to draw sometimes, I used digital software to play around and explore some of the cool brushes. I didn’t plan on drawing anything specific, I just went with the flow. Sometimes we just feel overwhelmed in our lives. With this particular drawing I wanted to convey a sense of surrender, a sense of letting go of our worries, a relief. Worrying is not helpful anyway 😜
