    1. Cailin, yes it is but other options do we have? It takes practice to evolve your emotional discipline and stay grounded, keep going. I’m sorry if you’re having a hard time right now.

  2. I should have seen this post on Tuesday – it would have been perfect for the sort of day I had that day, too. That’s not to say, I don’t appreciate your words now because I do. I love the picture – is that one of yours, J? I like the way the focus is sharp on the left side; then, softens as it travels over the page and fades into the distance. It’s very good.     1. Thank you for the kind words Ellie. I like to draw sometimes, I used digital software to play around and explore some of the cool brushes. I didn’t plan on drawing anything specific, I just went with the flow. Sometimes we just feel overwhelmed in our lives. With this particular drawing I wanted to convey a sense of surrender, a sense of letting go of our worries, a relief. Worrying is not helpful anyway 😜
